What Youll Do

• Work one-to-one or in small groups to keep pupils engaged and confident
• Help teachers with classroom prepscissors, whiteboard pens, moral support
• Spot distractions before they turn into interpretive dance mid-lesson
• Keep a cool head, even when someone puts a pencil in the sharpener the wrong way
• Be a steady, supportive presence pupils can rely on

What Youll Need

• Experience working with children or young peopleschool, sports, or youth work all count
• A calm, proactive, and patient attitude (bonus points if youve ever survived indoor wet play)
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or happy to get one)
• A sense of humour and a genuine desire to help pupils succeed
