Job Description

Senior Consultant – Supply Chain Risk

UK – Hybrid (2 days/month in office) – UK Residents only please!

Up to £100k base + bonus + full benefits package, and 28days AL

You’ve built your career navigating the risks, disruptions, and critical dependencies that shape today’s supply chains. Now, you’re ready for more — to lead, to build, and to own something bigger.

This is your opportunity to step into a senior consulting role, shape a growing practice, and make a tangible impact on how the UK’s most vital sectors manage supply chain risk — from cyber threats to operational resilience.

Why This Role?

  • Build your own team and develop the practice your way.
  • Clear path to Director — this isn’t a “wait and see” promotion track.
  • A collaborative culture: no egos, no bureaucracy — just smart people doing meaningful work.

The Role

As Supply Chain Risk Senior Consultant, you’ll do more than deliver advice — you’ll take ownership of client outcomes, team development, and market strategy.

You’ll:

  • Bring the will to make it work!
  • Design and lead end-to-end supply chain risk and resilience programmes.
  • Build and mentor a team of sharp, motivated consultants.
  • Own key client relationships across regulated sectors (FS, Insurance, CNI).
  • Develop new propositions, shape go-to-market strategies, and grow your own pipeline.

What You Bring

  • Deep experience in supply chain risk.
  • Proven track record delivering consulting engagements with measurable impact.
  • Strong understanding of cyber, tech risk, and resilience.
  • Commercially sharp: you can balance risk, resilience, and business value.
