Job Description

Hoop Nursing are looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to manage a large bedded nursing home within the RCT area. With a strong emphasis on compliance, governance, and quality assurance, this role offers an excellent opportunity for a strong and experienced leader to deliver outstanding care and maintain high operational standards.
As Nursing Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the safe, effective, and compliant running of the home. You will lead a large team, ensuring that the home not only meets but exceeds regulatory requirements and consistently delivers the highest standards of person-centred care.

Essential:
  • Registered Nurse with an active PIN
  • Level 5 in Management

  • Extensive knowledge of regulations, compliance processes, and quality assurance frameworks
  • Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to oversee large teams
