Sales Account Manager / Field Sales Executive
include:nSales & Business DevelopmentnCreate a specific sales plan for larger customers and an overall plan for smaller, to achieve revenue targetsnPlan customer visits (target average min 4 visits per day) to interact with all customers each quarternIdentify and cultivate relationships with new customers and strategic partnersnExpand sales channels / outlets and support the growth of hydroponics product lines (e.g., lighting, nutrients, growing media, systems)nAccount ManagementnMaintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure sales and satisfaction leading to repeat businessnProvide product training and technical support to customers as needed, including new product introductionsnManage pricing structures, payment and credit termsnMarket IntelligencenAnalyse and report on regional market trends and competitor activitynGather customer feedback and relay insights to marketing and product teamsnParticipate in trade shows, expos, and industry events to build brand awarenessnMeet with non-competing OEM sales teams to share market intelligencenTeam Collaboration & ReportingnWork closely with internal departments (marketing, logistics, technical support) to fulfil customer needsnProvide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to leadershipnCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSnProven experience in territory or area sales management, in hydroponics (essential)nStrong knowledge of hydroponic systems, equipment, and plant nutrition is a major advantagenExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsnSelf-motivated, results-oriented, able to work independently and flexibly.
