Account Manager - Ad Tech; up to £45K DOE + bonus

The Company
My client is a programmatic activation partner for agencies and brands, delivering targeted campaigns across all channels at scale. They've grown fast with solid USPs and a strong client roster. They're hiring an Account Manager with proven CTV planning experience.

The Job

  • Turn briefs into CTV-first plans across BVOD, AVOD and FAST

  • Build PMP/PG supply strategies with broadcasters, OEMs and streamers

  • Own client comms and expectations; weekly reporting, PCAs and QBRs

  • Partner with trading to set KPIs, manage pacing and drive in-flight optimisation

  • Translate insights into upsell and cross-sell opportunities

  • Hybrid working with 2 days a week in the London office

  • Contribute to quarterly revenue targets

You

  • CTV planning experience is a must

  • 2-4 years in an AM or client-facing programmatic role

  • Background from a media agency or ad tech business

  • Strong grasp of programmatic and the ad ecosystem

  • Comfortable setting KPIs for incremental reach, frequency and outcomes

  • Relationships across media agencies; indie agency and direct brand contacts are a plus

  • Confident, proactive and able to work independently in a growing team
