We’re a vibrant, fast-paced food manufacturer with 13,300 colleagues across 16 manufacturing units and 17 distribution depots. We supply the UK’s food retailers with products across sandwiches, soups, sushi, cooking sauces, pickles and ready meals, and generated revenues of £1.8bn in FY24. Our vast direct-to-store distribution network enables over 10,500 daily deliveries of our own and third-party products. We actively encourage internal moves and welcome external candidates eager to grow their careers.

Here at Manton Wood, we have a team of around 1,700 colleagues producing sandwiches and wraps for major UK retailers. Our site offers a gym, a restaurant with hot food and a staff shop for colleagues.
