Role

Join one of Scotland’s most prestigious and forward-thinking law firms as a Corporate Solicitor in their highly regarded Inverness office.


Recognised by the Legal 500, the Corporate team advises a wide-ranging client base, including entrepreneurs, SMEs, owner-managed businesses and multinational corporations.


In this role, you will support and lead on a variety of high-quality, locally rooted corporate matters, including M&A, equity investments, commercial contracts, company structuring, scale-ups and more.


You’ll gain hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of transactions and have the opportunity to manage your own client relationships early on.

Your Experience

  • 1+ years’ PQE with relevant experience in Corporate law
  • Strong foundation in M&A, company law and commercial transactions
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills
  • Client-focused with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Enthusiastic about developing specialist corporate expertise and building long-term relationships
