Join Our Team as a Training Coordinator!

Location: Camphill Blair Drummond, Stirling

Hours: 22.5 hours per week over 3 days

Salary: £13.98 per hour

As part of a small, dedicated team, you’ll play a key role in delivering face-to-face training, blended learning, and on-the-job development. You’ll help shape our community by supporting competence assessments, maintaining training records, and contributing to continuous improvement across our services.

This is a hands-on role that requires excellent communication, planning skills, and a strong understanding of social care practices. If you’re committed to personal development and want to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering and facilitating mandatory and developmental training
  • Supporting competence assessments and reflective practice
  • Managing training resources and records
  • Assisting with scheduling and reporting
  • Contributing to quality assurance and service improvement

What We’re Looking For:

  • SVQ in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Experience in a social care environment
  • Strong communication and digital skills
  • A commitment to Camphill’s ethos and values
  • Desirable qualifications include a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (PTLLS) and experience in quality assurance, health & safety, or general administration.
