Overview

Graduate Urban Designer - Edinburgh - 2026 Graduate Scheme. Pegasus Group invites applications for our 2026 Graduate Training Scheme in our Edinburgh office. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects for diverse clients and receive support in a structured training environment to start your career in urban design.

What we are looking for

We are looking for candidates with an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Architecture or a related subject. We are seeking graduates who can demonstrate:

  • A logical and analytical approach
  • Great problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to use initiative and think creatively

Work experience in Urban Design or Architecture is advantageous but not essential as you’ll learn on the job through our Graduate Training Scheme.

Responsibilities

As a Graduate Urban Designer, you will work closely with the Design team to deliver a range of design consultancy services on various projects and schemes. You will support conceptual urban design and planning work, feasibility studies, master planning, development briefs and design strategies for developers and private clients. You will gain experience across different sectors and client types to support your development.
