Operations Manager - Facilities Management Warrington & Regional Sites £60,000 -£65000 + Package  Company Van
 
Are you an experienced Operations Manager in the Facilities Management or Commercial Building Maintenance sector? This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of regional operations for a growing Mechanical and Electrical Facilities Services Company.

The company specialises in Service, Maintenance and Minor Works across Electrical, Mechanical, Commercial Gas, HVAC and Building Fabric services. Their clients include offices, student accommodation, and commercial properties.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an Operations Manager to lead and develop their team, based in the Warrington office and covering sites across the region.

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of Planned, Reactive and Responsive Maintenance across multiple client sites.
• Lead and manage a regional team of engineers and supervisors, including recruitment, staff development, 1-2-1s, and performance reviews.
• Manage supply chain partners and sub-contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee small/minor works projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and developing new opportunities.
• Support business growth through identifying additional works and supporting the bid/tender process.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and company standards at all times.

• Strong background in Facilities Management, ideally with experience across Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC and Building Fabric services.
• Proven experience leading regional teams and managing multi-site operations.
• Excellent client-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and drive efficiency.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
