Assistant/Duty Manager | Saltwater Creek Hotel | Redcape Hospitality. An exciting 12 months ahead after completing a newly renovated gaming room. Be part of the growth of Saltwater Creek Hotel as we expand and position ourselves as a leading venue on the Gold Coast.

Redcape Hospitality are seeking an experienced, passionate, committed hospitality professional to join our growing Leadership Team as one of our Assistant/Duty Managers at the Saltwater Creek Hotel. Working as part of the Venue Leadership Team to successfully run the Hotel's operations in a hands-on role that includes FOH and BOH duties.

Responsibilities

• The purpose of this role is to work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team, who take carriage of general hotel operations, driving performance, executing strategic initiatives and improving/sustaining both Customer & Staff Experience.
• Leading a variety of internal teams as we strive to offer extraordinary customer experiences.
• Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
• Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
• Possess flexible availability across 7 days to fulfil a variety of rotating shifts, that vary from opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in line with our Hotel's operating hours.

RSA / RSG are required (Or willingness to obtain).

RMLV and Approved Manager license are preferred but not mandatory.
