They have a full-time team based at their warehouse and offices in Bewley with an extended network of partners including delivery & installation partners, costume-makers, stylists, models, performers and others involved in events. Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a creative events agency with a passion for creating brilliant events with some of the UK\'s biggest & brightest brands and leisure destinations.

To help deliver world-class events, they are looking for a hard-working Event Manager to join the team. The role involves delivering all kinds of events—from fashion shows to children\'s immersive experiences, brand product launches to pop-up music events—and working with some of the UK\'s biggest brands and shopping spaces, including Westfield, British Land, JLL, Savills, McArthurGlen Designer Outlets, Pets at Home and Cath Kidson.

Responsibilities

  • Event Planning: Assisting on ideas from brainstorming and conception through to delivery and post-event reporting to the client.
  • Event Staff Management: Supporting the team to recruit nationwide event staff, coordinate event crews, and brief staff before each event.
  • Purchasing & Procurement: Sourcing stock for events (props, costumes, crafts, and related items).
  • Warehouse Liaison: Creating packing lists and prop production briefs for the Warehouse Manager.
  • Event Delivery: Supporting the Event Management team on events in shopping centres and leisure spaces across the UK.
  • Client Happiness: Liaising with clients onsite and in the office to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Health and Safety: Assisting with risk documentation to support Moo & Goo and clients.
  • Benchmarking: Monitoring competition and identifying ways to improve events and delivery.
  • Social Media: Contributing to weekly social media updates.
  • Ad-hoc team event support duties as required.

Requirements

  • Full and clean driving license is essential.
  • Experience in Event Management: 1 year.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday (as standard)
  • Monday to Thursday - working from Moo HQ
  • Friday - working from home
  • Weekends and evenings required for events
