Job Description

• Oversee and manage stock levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Monitor and reconcile stock discrepancies with the Accounting & Finance team.
• Collaborate with suppliers to coordinate stock deliveries and returns.
• Perform regular stock audits and generate inventory reports.
• Utilise stock management systems to maintain up-to-date records.
• Identify and address potential stock shortages or overstock issues.
• Support the finance team with stock valuation and month-end processes.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Stock Controller (Finance) should have:

• Experience within the FMCG industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using stock management systems and software.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good understanding of stock control processes and inventory principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, especially Accounting & Finance.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and organisational skills.
