What You’ll Do (The Big Stuff)

• Own group financial strategy and governance.
• Chair weekly cash flow calls (with FC support).
• Deliver management accounts across multiple entities every month.
• Build forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis that influence real decisions.
• Sign off VAT returns and oversee compliance.
• Support acquisitions with financial modelling and light due diligence.
• Present at monthly board meetings and provide strategic recommendations.

Who You Are

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• 2-5 years’ post-qualification experience.
• Excited by growth, complexity, and responsibility.
• Able to work at pace, with accuracy and ownership.
• Hungry to step up into leadership.
