Vertu Volvo Plymouth — At our Vertu Volvo Plymouth dealership, we are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to join our team!

We are offering a £40,000 basic salary with an OTE of £55,000 plus company car and company benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a controlled sales process and support colleagues through regular coaching, robust management and constant customer interaction with first and second facing activity at its heart.
• Serve and support your team to sell new and used vehicles, with a range of add-on products including finance whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
• Manage all sales campaigns and promotions that maximise sales while upholding the highest ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Talented, experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry.
• Ability to clearly demonstrate the ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency.
• Strong leadership and people management skills; capable of leading the team to deliver business objectives.
• Demonstrates alignment with company values and possesses strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
