Project Manager (AWS / Cloud Migration)

Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days in the office)

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Project Manager to lead high-impact data migration and cloud transformation projects. Based in London with hybrid working flexibility, you’ll report to senior leadership and play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project planning & delivery: Define and manage project scope, quality, risks, and schedules. Lead project updates and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Reporting & tracking: Own RAID and financial tracking, producing clear project status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Multi-project leadership: Manage several concurrent projects, guiding technical teams to implement solutions successfully.
• Problem-solving: Anticipate and resolve issues quickly, prioritising effectively in changing environments.
• Process improvement: Contribute to evolving project management practices, embedding new processes and policies as required.
• Team development: Mentor junior project managers, encouraging professional growth and best practice.
• Business support: Provide input into bid responses, sales opportunities, and proposal materials when needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record delivering complex projects in collaboration with technical teams.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile and Prince2.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
• Strong communication skills, with experience engaging with both IT and business stakeholders (including C-suite).
• Skilled in problem-solving, risk management, and attention to detail.
• Experience with tools such as Jira or similar story/bug tracking systems.
