Customer Care Representatives provide 1st class customer service to German customers by building relationships, resolving queries on a wide variety of complex topics and processing orders and changes. Customer Care is the first contact point for customers.

o Week 1: Monday to Friday - 07:00 to 15:15
o Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday - 07:30 to 15:45
o Week 3: Monday to Friday - 11:00 to 19:15
o Week 4: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday - 08:00 to 16:15
o Week 5: Monday to Friday - 11:45 - 20:00
