Key Responsibilities

  • Capturing customer information via the phone
  • Assessing applications for finance and determining suitability of the customer
  • Completing finance applications between our lenders and our customers
  • Meeting sales targets and striving to exceed them

Skills required

  • Computer and online/digital literate: Standard computer skills such as typing, email, sales software.
  • Professional—but personable—phone manner and customer service skills
  • Problem solving and the ability to think laterally.
  • Previous Lending experience (preferred) but not required
