Key Responsibilities
Capturing customer information via the phone
Assessing applications for finance and determining suitability of the customer
Completing finance applications between our lenders and our customers
Meeting sales targets and striving to exceed them
Skills required
Computer and online/digital literate: Standard computer skills such as typing, email, sales software.
Professional—but personable—phone manner and customer service skills
Problem solving and the ability to think laterally.
Previous Lending experience (preferred) but not required
