Overview

SciLeads is a fast-growing, remote-first SaaS company that helps reshape how scientific teams do sales and marketing. Based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, with over 90 people across the UK, Canada and beyond, the company plans to grow to 150+ in the next two years. The Senior Marketing Manager will own marketing campaigns, projects and initiatives across the business, driving hands-on execution across digital, content and events and contributing to the strategy behind them.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline
• Execute day-to-day marketing activities including content creation, email campaigns, social media, and digital advertising
• Support demand generation and account-based marketing in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success; track campaign performance, provide insights, and optimise for better results
• Create and distribute newsletters, case studies, one-pagers, and other marketing collateral; manage SciLeads' website and social media presence with consistent, engaging content
• Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality, on-brand messaging
• Coordinate marketing campaigns for tradeshows, summits, and customer meetups; manage logistics, promotion, and follow-up to maximise ROI
• Support the execution of company-led events and contribute to events strategy
• Work with leadership to shape marketing plans and priorities; align campaigns with business goals and drive cross-functional collaboration; bring fresh ideas for brand, content and campaign execution

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, tech, or life sciences marketing
• Experience contributing to strategic marketing efforts, building nurture campaigns, and bringing full campaigns to life
• Proven track record managing campaigns, projects, and events end-to-end
• Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot (a must), social platforms, and analytics tools
• Experience designing and producing content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools
• Comfortable balancing strategic and tactical responsibilities
• Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills
