About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, camera-ready Social Media Executive to help us supercharge our presence across multiple brands and platforms. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands trends before they go mainstream, and isn’t afraid to get in front of the camera. You’ll research trending content, shoot and edit videos, and post them to grow engagement and followers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn for all Infinity and subsidiary accounts.

Responsibilities

1. Research daily social media trends, trending sounds, and hooks on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts.
2. Create engaging, platform-native video content – both behind the camera and in front of it.
3. Visit customer sites to shoot videos and take pictures to gather high quality marketing assets.
4. Edit videos directly on the platforms or using quick-turnaround tools.
5. Post, schedule, and manage content across all brand channels (IEO, ISUK, IEB, IPM, IPPS). Schedule content calendar for the month and ensure ad-hoc events are posted.
6. Engage with audiences by responding to comments, liking relevant content, and joining conversations.
7. Collaborate with the relevant departments to align content with campaigns and seasonal pushes.
8. Monitor analytics and adapt content based on performance insights.
9. Co-operate with management on all aspects of health and safety.
10. Other Ad-Hoc duties.

Qualifications / Skills

• Confident on camera with strong communication skills.
• Up to date with social media culture, trends, and memes.
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, native platform editors).
• Creative eye for framing shots and storytelling.
• Organised, self-motivated, and able to hit deadlines.
• Required: Photography and videography skills
• Bonus: knowledge of social media analytics tools.
