The Role:

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will:nWork as part of a skilled care team to support service users with their cognitive, physical, emotional, and social recovery.

Assist with personal care, daily living, and rehabilitation programmes.

Monitor and record the wellbeing of residents, reporting any changes to senior colleagues.

Support individuals to express their choices and preferences in their care.

Ensure accurate documentation and contribute to the safe and effective running of the service.

Provide encouragement, emotional support, and companionship to residents.

About You:

We are looking for someone who has:nPrevious care delivery experience (essential).

Ability to work well as part of a team.

Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills.

Basic IT skills (emails, record keeping, online systems).

A caring, reliable, and compassionate nature.

(Drivers preferred due to location.)
