Searcys is looking for a Hospitality Assistant to join the team at the IET.

As a Hospitality Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests and clients.

Job Description

The Hospitality Assistant supports food and beverage service to customers, clears throughout events, and supports the cafe.

Job Details

Type: 0 hours Contract

Salary: £13.85 hourly

Responsibilities

  • Clean and polish all cutlery, glasses, and crockery for upcoming events
  • Prepare food and beverage requests in designated meeting spaces
  • Work independently and take initiative
  • Serve guests with professionalism and high-quality service
  • Serve alcoholic beverages at licensed bars
  • Use coffee machines
  • Assist with deliveries
  • Ensure all hospitality items are available and report shortages
  • Manage linen and equipment for events
