Pulse’s Nursing Team is currently recruiting for experienced Nursing Service Delivery Leads to join the team for a full-time role based in the Yorkshire area.

These roles will be working locally in the Yorkshire area providing Nursing delivery services for a Phlebotomy & Healthcare Research Project. To be successful in this role, you MUST have experience of a similar role and be proficient as a phlebotomist.

This is an established programme that is looking for new candidates as it moves into its next phase.

Position: Nursing Service Delivery Lead
Location: Yorkshire
Hours: 2-3 days per week, shift patterns vary
Duration: Ongoing
Essential skills:

• An experienced nurse who has led nurses in a similar environment
• Proof of phlebotomy experience, as you will be overseeing these services.

We are looking for experienced nurses to work at least 2-3 days per week in a 7-day service. These will be long days working between 7.30 am – 6.30 pm, with Sunday hours from 10.30 am – 5 pm.

This position will be available from June 2024, with decisions made on site locations, expected to include York, Ryedale, and Harrogate.

These will be mobile sites moving every 4-5 weeks, so it would be beneficial if you can drive and work at different sites.

Positions are available now, with pay up to £33 per hour (umbrella rate). Enhanced rates apply for weekend work.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership to Healthcare Support Workers
• Ensure quality care delivery, clinical governance, and compliance targets are met
• Support staff attendance and scheduling
• Report directly to the Chief Nurse
• Act as the first point of escalation for operational queries

Essential requirements:

• Must be an experienced nurse
• Willing to fully register with our agency
