Job Description

You will be assisting servers in delivering delicious drinks and food options to our guests’ tables by running a section in our busy restaurant or events department, providing highly efficient and effective service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.
  2. Greet and acknowledge guests, building rapport and recognizing repeat guests by name.
  3. Deliver food and beverages promptly.
  4. Assist F&B Server(s) as needed.
  5. Double-check food for dietary/allergen needs flagged.
  6. Announce all ordered food to guests.
  7. Communicate guest complaints and compliments to management.
  8. Share guest special occasions with staff/management (e.g., anniversaries, birthdays).
  9. Be knowledgeable of food and drink menus and offer suggestions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hotels or service industry is preferred but not required.
