XTB is looking for a hands-on Social Media Specialist ready to grow our social presence and connect with the next generation of investors.

About the role

We’re looking for a social media specialist who can confidently own brand channels — from planning content calendars and building engaging campaigns to analyzing results and recommending what to do next.

This role calls for creativity, initiative, and a focus on delivering measurable impact. We want someone who understands social media as a space to tell stories and build communities, who experiments with video formats and AI tools, and who’s excited to collaborate closely with our HQ, performance, PR, and design teams.

What you’ll do

  • Independently plan and execute social media campaigns in line with brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Create engaging written content (posts, short storytelling formats) and collaborate on video production (reels, stories, TikTok, Shorts) using tools like CapCut, Premiere Rush, Canva, or Figma.
  • Use social listening platforms (e.g. Brand24, Sprout) and content planning tools (Kontentino, Hootsuite Planner) to monitor conversations and generate insights for brand communication.
  • Track and analyze campaign results (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics), prepare reports and recommendations for your team and HQ.
  • Work closely with the performance team on basic paid campaigns (understanding targeting, KPIs, budgets).
  • Propose and test new content formats (polls, quizzes, lives, influencer collabs) and explore using AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI) to streamline everyday work.
  • Collaborate with designers and UX teams in Figma — providing feedback and ensuring creative consistency across social content.

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing — either on the brand side or at an agency — independently planning and running organic campaigns (paid experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly collaborate with managers, peers, and cross-functional teams (PR, Paid, CRM).
  • You take ownership of your projects and make content and campaign decisions with confidence.
  • You’re proactive, bringing new ideas to the table and recommending ways to optimize results.
  • Confident use of social and marketing tools (Meta Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Kontentino, Brand24).
  • Comfortable navigating Figma — leaving comments, proposing tweaks, and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Skilled in creating and editing video content using Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Premiere Rush or similar tools, with a good grasp of short-form video trends.
  • Familiar with leveraging AI for research, first-draft writing, or quick data syntheses — and open to testing new tools in this space.
  • Any interest or knowledge in investments and trading is a bonus, or at least the willingness to learn the basics quickly.
