What You Will Be Doing

• Ensure that we have sufficient operational equipment and uniforms to run the day-to-day operations, placing orders in time and to the correct levels
• Prepare monthly cutlery and crockery count for F&B
• Check daily bookings, make table plans and close bookings channels when needed
• Analyse F&B feedback and prepare reports for F&B management
• Update and replace menu information for all outlets, working with the Chef and Bars Manager to keep menu bibles up to date
• Update operational rotas into payroll system
