At Park Plaza Victoria London Hotel, first-class service and delicious food and drinks are essential to the hotel experience. Your role as our Food and Beverage (F&B) Team Leader is crucial in delivering this experience.

Our VIC's BAR offers a cosmopolitan environment for socializing, serving specialty cocktails, bar snacks, coffees, and food throughout the day.

As our F&B Team Leader, you will receive:

• Salary: from £14.46 (minimum contracted rate) to £16 (including Service Charge) per hour

We are seeking an F&B Team Leader who:

• Handles tasks related to the guest cycle in Food and Beverage outlets, including greeting guests, taking and delivering orders, upselling, managing the team, handling guest requests, liaising with relevant teams, and ensuring payment compliance
• Inspires, coaches, and mentors VIC’s BAR F&B team members
• Leads by example
