Job Description

An exclusive private office in Mayfair is seeking a well-presented and highly organised Temporary Administrative Assistant to provide seamless support to the team during a busy period.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative support across the office

Manage correspondence with discretion and professionalism

Organise and maintain digital and physical filing systems

Requirements:

Some previous administrative experience (ideally within aprofessional services setting)

Excellent communication skills

Discretion, reliability, and a proactive work ethic are essential

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
