Base pay range

Job Title: Hospitality Manager

Location: Central London (Tottenham Court Road Station)

Salary: £16.50 per hour

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, not many evenings

Houston & Hawkes are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and motivated Hospitality Manager to join our team, providing first-class service at our prestigious new contract in Central London.

Our hospitality department caters for working lunches, buffets, teas & coffees as well as canapé events and functions.

Hospitality Manager Duties

• Delivering excellent customer service with a focus on client satisfaction
• Overseeing and managing hospitality functions, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service
• Ensuring customers receive an easy and seamless personalised experience
• Acting as the main point of contact between customers, chefs, and service teams to consistently exceed expectations
• Leading and supervising the hospitality team to maintain high standards of service
• Preparing and presenting information on financial and operational performance when requested
• Regularly communicating with the General Manager and Head Chef to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Setting standards and providing training for all hospitality team members
• Monitoring and maintaining hygiene and cleaning standards
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service areas
• Handling customer complaints with professionalism and tact
  
  

Hospitality Manager Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hospitality Manager or Team Leader within contract catering, 4-5* hotel, or fine dining brasserie
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and respect for others
• Passionate, friendly, diligent, and a great team player
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise, multi-task and work efficiently
