Delivery Consultant - Beauty, Wellness & Private Equity

We are currently recruiting for a fast-growing, British, multipurpose beauty brand based in London. They are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to take ownership of their social media presence across all platforms and support wider marketing and community initiatives.

Their mission is to create effective, accessible beauty solutions with a commitment to sustainability and giving back.

As the Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing the brand's presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will lead content creation, community engagement, influencer relations, and performance reporting. You’ll also support TikTok Shop management and collaborate across departments to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals and sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Stay up to date with social media trends and ensure the brand remains relevant and forward-thinking.
  • Create engaging, platform-specific content and react quickly to trends and opportunities.
  • Plan content across all channels and generate regular bespoke content in collaboration with internal teams and designers.
  • Analyse social performance and provide monthly reports to optimise strategy.
  • Manage community engagement: reply to comments, DMs, and enquiries in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Support and monitor activity outside traditional business hours.
  • Lead influencer outreach and relationship management with both existing and potential contacts.
  • Occasionally manage and post from the Founders’ social media accounts when required.
  • Repost and interact weekly with international pages to maintain global brand consistency.
  • Manage META and TikTok ads, working with the Head of Marketing to maintain performance and budgets.
  • Oversee TikTok Shop: coordinate campaigns, flash deals, influencer participation, stock allocation, customer responses, and performance.
  • Assist with brand events when needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign delivery with business targets and marketing goals.
  • Support in managing and growing community initiatives such as Clubhouse and Playhouse.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience managing multiple social media channels, ideally within the beauty or lifestyle sector.
  • Highly creative with an eye for digital trends and a passion for community-building.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Confident in content planning, creation, and analytics.
  • Comfortable working flexibly
  • Experience with META Ads, TikTok Shop, and influencer campaigns is preferred
