Role: Social Media Manager / Consultant

Type: Contract, Ad Hoc, Outside IR35

Start date: Immediately

Location: Hybrid or remote

Day rate: £250 - 375pd


I'm on the lookout for an experienced freelance Social Media Consultant to support a creative studio on an ad hoc basis with an exciting upcoming pitch.


The studio is an independent, design-led team working with premium fashion, lifestyle FMCG & Automotive brands – known for their sharp creative, cultural awareness and thoughtful storytelling.


They’re currently pitching for the social media side of a project with a client they already work with, and need someone who lives and breathes social to help shape and lead the proposal.


The role is ideal for someone who:

  • Has 4+ years' experience managing social media (strategy, content planning, tone of voice, reporting – the whole package)
  • Has worked with fashion/lifestyle/creative brands
  • Is confident consulting on pitch decks, channel strategy, content ideas, and best practice
  • Can help set things up for success and potentially stay on if the pitch is won
  • Has experience with Pencil (AI content/ad tool) – helpful as the end client already uses it


This is a hybrid role with some in-person time needed in central London, and is an outside IR35 contract. They can offer more remote working if needed.


Will those role is initially Ad hoc / a couple of weeks, the intention is that if the pitch is successful the work will become more & more frequent.
