We're Hiring: Account Manager – £32,000 | Based in Mitcham, London
We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic, people-first Account Manager to join our growing team at our HQ in Mitcham. If you love good beer, great conversation, and building lasting relationships, this might just be your perfect next step.
About the Role:
This is a full-time role working across on-trade, off-trade, and events/festivals, so variety is guaranteed. You’ll be responsible for nurturing existing accounts, spotting new opportunities, and helping us share our beer with more people across London and beyond.
You’ll be the friendly face of our brand out in the trade – whether that's chatting to a local bottle shop, helping a new taproom get set up, or pouring our beer at some fantastic festivals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing and growing a portfolio of trade customers (on- and off-trade)
Building strong, positive relationships with key partners
Coordinating our presence at festivals, tap takeovers, and events
Working closely with our production and delivery teams
Helping plan and execute sales strategy and launches
Providing excellent customer support and aftercare
What We’re Looking For:
Previous account management or sales experience
Experience in craft beer or hospitality is a big plus, but not essential
Excellent people skills – approachable, confident, and reliable
Organised and self-motivated with great attention to detail
Comfortable with travel and some evening/weekend work during events
