The GOOD Agency are recruiting for a Planning Director to join our strategy team. As well as leading communications campaigns for our key clients this role will help shape the future of our strategy team and agency offer.

We are looking for someone with at least 8 years of strategy experience within agencies, with a

history of creatively strong advertising campaigns. This person must have strong fundraising and direct response experience, ideally within the charity sector.

Key Responsibilities

Insight and Strategy:

• Distil brands, campaigns, and fundraising portfolios for growth.
• Pursue innovation to help clients adapt and secure future growth.
• Support strategic transformation of brands, campaigns, and products.
• Design new research processes using qualitative and quantitative techniques.

New Business Development:

• Produce insights and pitch decks to win new business.
• Create proprietary thinking, research, and events to position GOOD as a thought leader.
• Define and expand GOOD’s product and service offerings.
• Build a culture of marketing effectiveness and measurement.
• Develop award-winning effectiveness case studies.
• Analyse and advise on the performance of fundraising portfolios and campaigns.

Client Development:

• Maintain healthy client relationships, especially with key retained clients.
• Lead client communications and planning meetings.
• Identify and secure growth opportunities within existing clients.

Team and Agency Culture:

• Contribute to a positive agency culture by sharing knowledge and inspiration
