Two Administration Executives needed for a renewable energy business

  • Start immediately in a year-long contract in London

This renewable energy business operates within state-of-the-art, modern central London offices. They have a fun, vibrant culture with a roof terrace and social breakout area. You will liaise with all levels of seniority, including C-suite, in this professional yet open-plan workspace.

Job Description

As the Administration Executive in London, you will:

  1. Execute administrative processes in line with company policy
  2. Examples of administrative processes include:
  3. • Communications management (developing internal content and managing enquiries)
  4. • Contract administration (for platform contracts, all functions)
  5. • Entity administration (using Diligent Entities, for service companies)
  6. • Expense administration (using Concur, working with Finance)
  7. • Incident administration (including monitoring events and supporting response)
  8. • Office administration (including fixed assets, renewals, and terminations)
  9. • Supplier management (managing T&PD requests, performing basic due diligence)
  10. • Travel management (liaising with our travel provider for complex itineraries)

The Successful Applicant

A successful Administration Executive should have:

  • A solid understanding and proficiency in secretarial and business support tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of discretion when dealing with confidential information
