Are you a talented Health Consultant looking to join a new Corporate Benefits team? Then this may be the role for you! This position is the perfect next step for someone with broking consultancy experience who’s ready to advance their career and work with a diverse and high-value client base.

In this role, you’ll deliver consultancy services on Health Benefits to a portfolio of mid-to-large corporate clients, focusing on managing, retaining, and growing these relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Driving growth across multiple services and contributing to the achievement of our Corporate Benefits strategy and targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, and identify a Health and Wellbeing strategy linked to business goals and company values.
  • Growing revenue through cross-selling additional services across the business and ensure internal co-operation.

Ideal experience:

  • Experience of success within a Health consulting environment with a commercial and business development mindset.
  • Experience delivering Health consulting solutions to large corporate clients, including confident presentation skills.
  • IF7 qualified (or working towards it).
