Automotive Parts Supervisor

Heathrow | £30,000 - £36,000 PA | Full Time | Permanent Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise front and rear parts counters and control stock movements
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular audits and efficient ordering
• Recruit, train, and manage parts team members
• Oversee customer order fulfilment and handle escalations
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing
• Monitor departmental budgets and control costs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Support sales and service teams with timely parts availability
• Complete administrative tasks including invoicing, warranty returns, and supplier credits
• Produce regular reports on inventory, staff performance, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Valid UK driving licence
• Previous experience in parts management or a supervisory role (automotive industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory systems
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in IT and inventory management software
