What are we looking for?

We're looking for a Marketing Exec to continue and enhance the amazing work we've done in getting the Found name out there! Everyone should know about Found and we're looking for somebody that is going to make it happen! This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Exec located in London. The Marketing Exec will work on social media marketing, lead generation, web analytics, marketing, and overall digital marketing strategy. Responsibilities include managing and executing digital marketing campaigns, conducting market research, analysing web traffic data to measure success, and collaborating with teams to achieve company goals and objectives.

You will be well-versed in creating new content, copywriting, editing and distributing content effectively across all social media platforms and emailing marketing campaigns.

You will have a hands-on approach ensuring social media activities meet and exceed our brand values.

The role requires a dynamic mix of creativity, organisation, attention to detail, client management skills and provides the opportunity to take ownership of Found's marketing assets.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for the company
• Identify target audiences and create marketing plans to reach them
• Create and manage marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and other digital marketing efforts
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure that all spending is on track to meet budget goals
• Attend and represent the company at industry events and partner events
• Create, own and manage the social media calendar and strategy
• Create, edit and distribute engaging image, video, reels and copy for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn channels
• Plan and test new/original digital marketing methods
• Produce and submit monthly management and client reports using social media platform and Google Analytics insights/stats etc
• Managing/copywriting for the social media accounts of Found's team members
• Report into the Marketing and Social Media Manager
• A creative and commercial mind, thinking innovatively and tactically in line with Found's goals
• Comfortable with putting together social media calendars/planners for approval
• Strong copywriting and caption writing skills that drives maximum engagement
• Expert in creating content-related graphics that drive maximum engagement
• A good eye to select content that drives maximum engagement
• Understanding differentiation of content required to maximise engagement for the specific nuances of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Understanding of content required for email campaigns
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with a results-based focus

Competitive salary (£27.5k - £30k) and a fantastic team bonus structure (OTE £50-£55K)
