EAB is currently looking to hire a Marketing & Communications Assistant to work at our Park Lane Office


6 month Fixed-Term contract

Join our dynamic team as a Marketing & Communications Assistant, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting internal and external communications, coordinating marketing content and approvals, and contributing to exciting strategic projects.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is ready to grow in a fast-paced, professional banking environment. You’ll have the chance to sharpen your marketing skills while working closely with teams across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Internal & External Communications: Assist with drafting internal newsletters, updating office screensavers, and creating engaging LinkedIn content.
  • Marketing Coordination: Help manage our marketing inbox, maintain documentation, and support cross-departmental collaboration for content and approvals.
  • Content & Design Support: Get involved in content creation, copywriting, and basic design work using various tools.
  • Project Support: Play a key role in the coordination of corporate sponsorship and gifting initiatives, and lend a hand with strategic marketing campaigns.

Required Skills/Experience/Qualifications

  • 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or administrative support
  • Eagerness to learn, contribute ideas, and take ownership of tasks
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and design tools like Illustrator
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a can-do attitude
  • Fluency in English essential; Arabic a plus but not required
