Hybrid: 2 days in office

Salary: c.50k + Benefits


An innovative business embedded within the retail sector are looking for an Owned / Paid Marketing Manager to join their growing business. As they are scaling up they are finding themselves in need of a B2B marketing specialist who can ramp things up and help them generate new business by developing the brand through content creation, events organisation and marketing campaigns.


You will be responsible for developing the overall business marketing strategy with a major focus on: brand development, events and content.


You will work closely with internal teams, mainly sales, to ensure that what you are doing is generating demand for the products.


You will be in charge of:

  • Organising events such as Webinars and conferences
  • Generate engaging and relevant content: Blogs, whitepapers, videos, demos, case studies and social media
  • Brand Development: the look and feel of the brand needs to be aligned to the target audience.
  • Monitor and report on campaign efficiency and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Be directly involved in the creation and design of marketing materials.


This role needs someone with extensive experience in:

  • Owned / Paide Media Experience
  • Digital Marketing / CRM marketing Experience
  • Building successful lead generation campaigns,
  • Developing brands and organising events.
  • Using CRM software will be essential as well as strong analytical skills.
