Overview:

Brand new incredible opportunity for a talented and passionate Event Marketing Manager with a passion for event planning and delivery, to join a truly global technology company with over 28 offices worldwide. The business does great working in partnering with household name advertising platforms to create a safer environment online. The team are diverse, fun, experiential and hardworking and is looking for an Event Marketing Manager to put together B2B event activations that create memorable experiences, across a number of countries. No two days or events will ever be the same!

The EMEA Event Marketing Manager will sit in the Marketing Team, reporting to the passionate and down-to-earth EMEA Marketing Director based in London.

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven and creative Event Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong passion for executing high-impact events that enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an event marketing strategy aligned with regional and global objectives.
  • Manage the full event lifecycle, from planning and execution to post-event analysis (for example, timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets).
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, supplier negotiations, and budget management.
  • Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations
  • Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
  • Source and manage partnerships with key industry players to maximise event reach and impact.
  • Ensure seamless event execution, including speaker coordination, promotional activities, and on-site management.
  • Overseeing the dismantling and removal of the event and clearing the venue efficiently
  • Producing post-event evaluation to prove ROI and inform future event strategies
  • Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships (in this case internal clients)
  • Liaising with various markets and key stakeholders to ensure localisation and geographical context is considered
  • Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align event objectives with business goals.
  • Track and analyse event performance metrics, providing insights to optimise future initiatives.
  • Managing a team of staff, giving full briefings
  • Organising facilities for car parking, traffic control, security, first aid, hospitality and the media
  • Ensuring that insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are followed
  • Research and identify new event opportunities to expand brand visibility
  • Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish
  • Travel as required for event planning and execution.
  • Support in any awards evenings logistics and industry partner initiatives (press etc.)
  • Goes without saying that an exceedingly high level of organisation and communication is a must
  • Taking initiative is intrinsic to this role

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in event marketing, ideally in a fast-paced tech or media-related environment.
  • Experience with Splash platform for event planning and management.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior executives.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and execution.
  • Experience in budget management and contract negotiations.
  • Proficiency in relevant tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM platforms.
  • A proactive and problem-solving approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A university degree is a plus.

Salary Package: £42,000 - £50,000 per annum plus bonus

Location: London, Hybrid - Full-time
