We provide patients with a discreet, high-end experience delivered by expert consultants and a compassionate support team.

The Role

As a Healthcare Assistant / Technician, you’ll work across a variety of treatment areas—from outpatient assessments to day surgery recovery and non-invasive treatments. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused private clinic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with ophthalmic diagnostics such as visual fields, OCT, and biometry
  • Support consultations and non-surgical treatments (e.g., injectables, skin treatments, diagnostics)
  • Conduct basic clinical assessments: vital signs, BMI, swabs, allergy checks, etc.
  • Liaise with surgeons, nurses, and aestheticians to ensure efficient clinic flow
  • Maintain stock levels, infection control procedures, and equipment readiness
  • Provide emotional and practical support to patients throughout their journey

Desirable:

·      Experience in aesthetic, cosmetic, or ENT clinics

·      Understanding of CQC, infection control, safeguarding, and patient confidentiality

·      Familiarity with electronic medical records systems (e.g., Pabau, Cliniko, EMIS)

Benefits

  • Competitive salary (£26-28k)
  • Training in specialist areas such as cosmetic, ophthalmic, ENT, and injectable support
  • 28 days annual leave (incl. bank holidays), rising with service
  • Company pension scheme
  • Healthcare cover
  • Cycle-to-work scheme and electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme
  • Discounts on gyms and highstreet shops
  • Be part of a small, supportive team in a beautiful Battersea clinic
