What You’ll Do

  • Lead Teams: Manage multiple cross-functional engineering teams to build impactful software products and AI-powered systems.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years’ experience in software development, particularly with web applications.
  • Proficiency with Python (Flask or Django) and React.js.
  • Experience with data pipelining, schema design, and ELT pipelines (e.g., dbt, Airflow).
  • Proven track record in leading engineering teams, with a focus on mentoring and continuous improvement.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Expertise in software architecture, cloud platforms, containerisation, and DevOps tools.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for building innovative, scalable systems.
