Your Role:

As Billing Manager, you will lead the Accountancy & Finance vertical in London—owning your market, developing client relationships, and delivering recruitment outcomes that create lasting value. You'll also play a key role in mentoring and supporting your team to ensure performance and growth.

  • Source and engage top-tier finance professionals, leveraging headhunting and market mapping techniques.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with professionalism and precision.
  • Share market insights and salary benchmarking intelligence to support client hiring strategies.
  • Mentor and support junior consultants, helping them to develop and thrive.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in Accountancy & Finance recruitment, ideally within the Financial Services or Professional Services sectors.
  • Strong billing record and a passion for both delivery and business development.
  • A consultative, relationship-first approach with a track record of building long-term partnerships.
