Graduate Management Development Programme

Location: Surbiton (Hybrid Working)

Starting Salary: £31,000 + Exceptional Benefits

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, internationally recognised organisation offering a structured, rotational Management Development Programme. This is a rare opportunity for ambitious graduates to fast-track their commercial careers with a premium brand.

About the Programme

Over a two-year period, successful candidates will gain hands-on experience across three key business functions, selected from:

• Marketing
• Commercial Planning
• Customer Service

You’ll work in real, operational roles from day one, building a broad commercial skill set and engaging with stakeholders at every level. This is a career-defining opportunity to build depth and breadth of experience in a dynamic, forward-thinking business environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Examples of past assignments include:

• Supporting direct sales and retail operations
• Developing customer experience strategies and service excellence
• Working on commercial insights, market analysis and forecasting
• Delivering campaigns and events as part of a high-performing marketing team

From day one, you'll be exposed to real responsibilities with a focus on collaboration, continuous improvement, and commercial impact.

About You

• A recent or soon-to-be graduate with a minimum predicted/achieved 2:1
