Executive Search Consultant - FS & Banking

Location: London Central

We are partnered with several leading search firms and are seeking to have career discussions with successful consultants about the opportunity to work with some of the sector's top performers.

We are looking for individuals who have been developed and nurtured to achieve phenomenal success, including billing beyond £1m, or those who have risen to senior roles within their organizations.

This practice focuses on hiring across multiple areas of the FS sector up to C-level, providing exposure to a diverse and exclusive client base to support your continued success.

The consultancy has offices in the UK and US and is committed to growth through excellence, emotional intelligence, and forging trusted global partnerships.

Who we would like to hear from...

Executives with an executive search or quality contingent background seeking a step up, with full cycle 360 experience. Ideally, candidates should have knowledge of buy-side markets or related transferable financial backgrounds.

As a successful consultant, you will already have a solid understanding of what excellence entails. We require a strong track record in sourcing, business development, networking, and the ability to build strong relationships.
