? What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running the full recruitment process within the Insurance sector.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
• Managing your own desk—while having the support of a friendly and experienced team.
• Staying ahead of industry trends and spotting opportunities in the market.
• Working business hours, with full flexibility and daily support.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience recruiting in theinsurance industry - you understand the market and speak the language.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for connecting great people with great roles.
• Confidence working independently in a remote setup.
