What is the Graduate Management Programme?

The Graduate Management Programme is an 18–24-month programme open to ambitious graduates with at least 6 months of work experience in hospitality, aiming to become our Junior Managers of the future. The on-the-job training is complemented with a series of tailored training courses to help develop the managerial skills needed for a managerial position.

1. Programme focus areas - 9-12 months Rooms Division Training: Reception; Housekeeping; Guest Relations; Night Management; Concierge; Duty Management.

2. Programme focus areas - 9-12 months Food and Beverage training: Fine Dining; Restaurant Service; Room Service; Bar and Lounge; Conference and Banqueting; Sommelier Training (if requested).
