We have Temporary Cleaner opportunities for residential developments located in the City of LondonnAs a Temporary Cleaner, you will take ownership of the building's internal and external cleaning along with its basic maintenance, working closely with the Property Management Company to ensure an effective service is provided to all residents.nCleaner key duties:nTo clean all common areas of the building to a high standard.nEnsure fire exits are kept clean, secure and accessible.nTo inspect on a daily basis, all external and internal areas of the residential buildings and report any defects, security or Health & Safety concerns.nEnsure plant room / boiler room is monitored and kept secure.nTo enter all relevant comments/details in the diary, as necessary. Complete all daily, weekly and monthly checks in accordance with schedule of log provided.nPro-actively deal with any maintenance and cleaning problems identified within the development and regularly carry out site inspections to identify any problems.nEnsure external entrance areas are kept clean and clear, particularly during inclement weather.nEnsuring appropriate levels of cleaning are achieved.nCorrect reporting of any security/Health & Safety issues, incidents and complaints. Taking appropriate action in the event of an emergency.nTo act in a courteous and helpful manner to all occupiers in addition to members of the public, other staff, guests, and to contractors employed on the development.nThe ideal candidate will havesimilar cleaner experience and be physically fit, you will also have:nExcellent written and verbal communication skillsnGood understanding of Health and Safety processesnHours:
