Job Summary

A temporary part-time (5 hours a day) position in the London team at 90 North.

Managing the day-to-day operations of the company along with administration and HR.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage any HR related matters including recruitment and new starters.
  • Preparation of marketing materials for investors.
  • Manage budgets, all external contracts and monitor expenses.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Asset Management, Investment) to support business objectives.
  • Manage all marketing including monthly newsletters, LinkedIn and any PR.
  • Manage quarterly investor reporting.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidate should have:

  • Passion, precision and perseverance.
  • Proven experience in an operations or admin role.
  • Proficiency with business software (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Candidates should ideally have:

  • Relevant experience in both marketing and HR

Benefits

This is a home-based role offering a flexible 5 hours a day (25 hours a week) work with travel to London required twice a month. The successful candidate will be offered a salary of £25,000-£30,000 a year depending on level of experience in addition to pension and pro-rata annual leave.

Mid July 2025 to End of February 2026.
