Job Description:

About Us:

Every company in the world needs to understand who they are doing business with. We are re-imagining how humans find, read, and distil knowledge from the internet – at unprecedented scale and accuracy, to answer critical questions about suppliers, donors, investors, and third parties. We are addressing a sector-independent problem for a global market.

We are pioneers, working at the forefront of AI and applied research, to build a fully distributed, heterogeneous, and scalable system, using the latest technologies. We help the world ‘do better business, faster’. Our clients include leading charities, universities, law firms, and financial institutions. Using Xapien, in minutes, they can do work that previously took hours and days.

We have over 100 customers across 3 continents, doubled in size last year, and plan to triple this year. Our investors include tech founders, professional investors, and recognized institutions, including Sequoia Capital.

If you are bright, driven, and excellent at what you do, we would love to explore building your career with us.

The Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Communications Executive to support and grow our brand presence through compelling content and campaign execution.

This role is central to our Marketing team and involves producing high-quality content across channels – from blog posts and email campaigns to event assets and social media. You will be a key person for delivering marketing content and operational support, working closely with our Content Lead, Digital Marketing Strategist, and Events Manager.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to learn from experienced marketers, develop creative and strategic skills, and contribute to a fast-growing business.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating content across digital channels – blogs, ebooks, guides, case studies, email campaigns, videos, and LinkedIn posts.
  • Supporting landing page and website updates in line with strategy.
  • Collaborating with the Events Manager on webinars, community, and event content.
  • Supporting campaign execution in HubSpot, including reporting, automation, and email workflows.
  • Delivering marketing and campaign reports using analytics tools.
  • Taking briefs from senior team members and translating them into impactful, on-brand content.
  • Managing multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Must-Haves:

Strong copywriting: Confident writer capable of producing clear, engaging content in our brand tone.

Project management & communication: Able to take briefs, prioritize, and keep stakeholders updated.

Creative eye: Passion for storytelling and design, with an eye for high-quality content.

Additional Skills:

System experience with tools like HubSpot, WordPress, or CMS editors.

Analytical mindset with comfort in spreadsheets, metrics, and reporting.

Familiarity with tools like Semrush, Google Analytics, Elementor, Notion, Asana, Slack.

Note: We cannot offer sponsorship or transfer existing visas at present.

Salary:

Up to £30,000 + bonus + equity (dependent on experience)

Additional Benefits:

  • Play a meaningful role in our journey from Series A to Series B and beyond.
  • Equity in the business.
  • Private health insurance.
  • Unlimited holidays.
  • £1,000 annual wellness & development fund.
  • Monthly socials and quarterly team events.

Our Values:

  • Take ownership: We value people over policies, encouraging ownership and decision-making.
  • Better together: We care about each other and support colleagues.
  • Transparent: We promote transparency internally and externally.
  • Glass-half-full: Optimism and celebrating wins.
  • Be pioneers: Bold, ambitious, and innovative.
  • Move fast: Work to ambitious deadlines, launch quickly, and iterate.
  • Value learning: Continuous learning and sharing knowledge.
  • Always decent: Polite, straightforward, and approachable.
  • A players: We hire and retain top talent.
